Returns & Exchanges Policy

• We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange.

• To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Exchanges only – we do not offer refunds.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• Include your order number and details of the item you want to exchange.

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and confirm if the exchange is approved.

• If approved, we’ll ship the replacement item to you within 7 business days.
